1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and RTV Media AR LLC ("we," "us" or "our") and RTV Media AR LLC, concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").
2. Intellectual Property Rights

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the customized nature of our lead generation and marketing services, and the immediate costs associated with campaign setup, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services rendered or onboarding fees once work has commenced. You may cancel your month-to-month retainer agreement with a 30-day written notice sent to legal@rtvmedia-ar.com.

We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to the number of leads, appointments, or revenue generated. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the client's offer, market conditions, and sales team performance. No representations or warranties of any nature, express or implied, including as to the accuracy or completeness of results, are made.
